A friendly local bar. No real ales so I drank Guinness. Bar staff friendly. Not too busy when I was in 1630-1700 & 1800 to 1830
Both TVs had Ratsnest Parliament on. You can do better!
Lovely pub with good drinks and amazing staff. Was served by a self proclaimed “Kirk hunk” called Duncan who made me this otherworldly cocktail called a venom. After downing this green potion like drink I sat down and played some rock and roll bingo, which I hear my second favourite staff member from beath inns doing soon. All and all was a great night, all the regulars were lovely and so was the staff. 10/10
Staff members need more breaks. I don't know the staff personally but I noticed there were some low-key disputes among staff about unfair break times. Not a good look Kirk.
There was a fairly wide selection of drinks, a good selection of music on the juke box. Would recommend for a few drinks when out
Was a great laugh. New bar and new decor is lovely. Choice of drinks is great even managed to get a cocktail or two. Very much an enjoyable bar. Will be returning on my next visit.

Had a joint 21st and 50th birthday here partners put on food for guests staff have always been very friendly.
The pub recently got renovated with a stylish outdoor seating area.
Lovely classic pub feel friendly staff and customers would highly recommend popping in for a drink have now become my regular pub
Like many other regular punters who have been socialising in the pub from the beginning have spoken very highly of Janet and how much she is missed. Always met us with a smile ☺ asked how we were if we hadn't been in for a bit. Respected by punters who are sadly no longer with us and that is many. There have been many good bar staff over the years that cannot be denied. Janet you are missed for the qualities you demonstrated in so many different ways. You are missed no end. ☺️☺️ Take care ????
