All the staff are very helpful and friendly and very polite and professional.
Dev and Rory are both the ultimate professionals in what they do. wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dev for anything cosmetic, like implants and Rory for anything else.

The reception staff are very hospitable and welcoming. My dentist and nurse are always jolly and willing to detail the work, if needed, to be carried out. As most people, I am wary of the possible discomfort that can happen during a visit to a dentist but I have always been pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Parkview Dental in Letchworth.
On my first visit the receptionists were very unprofessional and rude. I politely asked them information regarding my appointment time because I realised my appointment due time had passed and no one had called me yet, one of them ignored me and the other responded but in a rude way. They later then proceeded to whisper to themselves about me, giggling and all. One of them is called Olivia. I was not rude to them at all they were just gossiping and acting really mean for no reason. Please speak to them so they can change their behaviour. It’s very unprofessional. They should leave that behaviour in elementary school. Besides that my appointment was great, the dentist was very helpful!. Thank you
Fantastic dental clinic. Reception staff always helpful and just generally nice people. All dentists (and their assistants) are clearly happy to be there and enjoy their work, which is important.
Very happy with my experience taking my daughter to this dentist. The dentist we saw, Rory, took his time with her and gave us lots of practical advice. Would definitely recommend ????
I am not always the easiest patient as I am odontophobic but everyone I have seen here has been very caring and supportive. It's not always easy to get an appointment here, but once I'm in, I know I'm in good trustworthy hands
BEYOND USELESS! Every time you book an appointment, they're running late by 30-60 minutes and they expect you to wait. I just went for my 9:20am appointment (2nd slot of the day) only to be told that the dentist is running 30 minutes late because he's stuck in traffic. He works at the same location every single day and should be there ready for his appointments. So, for me this is not even close to a valid excuse! UNNACCEPTABLE! Avoid this shower of amateurs and choose a proper dentist.
Exellent dentist practise reception staff very polite freindly and knowledgeable premises are very clean presentable the dentist herself I would actually say she is pure genius her knowledge of her industry is second to none a true credit to her profession
