I highly recommend this company. My car had quite a few dents and scratches and the repair work done on it was immaculate. My communications was with a guy named Azeem. He was very professional and accommodating. The job was slightly delayed however he went out of his way and dropped my car off at home. I've attached before and after pictures.
I brought my 525d 6 cylinder n57 for the engine rebuild as it had a bad knockin noise coming from the engine.
My experience with this garage was very positive. I felt like I'm in the right place after few minutes of the conversation with the owner (Az).
Before I got back home I got first pictures with an update about my car.
Next morning pictures of my engine totally stripped. We had a chat, Az explained what exactly the repair plan was for my engine and gave me some tips how to maintain the car in the optimal way as a prevention for the future.
Few days later I had some photos of the engine being put back together and not too long after that a confirmation that the test drive was successful and the car is ready.
I met the whole team during the collection and they appeared as very professional and well established team of mechanics.
The car honestly drives better then when I bought it 3 years ago.
Improved economy was EASLY noticeable. So quiet.

I recently moved to East London, and chose to do my car repairs at this garage. I had a very positive experience, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to detect all the problems relating to my car. I have since had the repairs made, and it drives like a new car again! I was given great customer service throughout and the repairs were made in a short space of time. I would highly recommend this workshop, and will be a returning customer in the future if any problems should arise.
Brought my Audi A3 in last week with a knackered engine, got the call yesterday to collect and it’s never sounded this good. Everything seems A++. Communication was excellent, bit far from me but will make the journey in the future as I’m completely happy with the work and professional behaviour from them. Highly recommended

I have been coming to this Parkside Autos for over 3 years and have always received honest and reliable service. Today, I called Azeem to fix my broken window regulator and he did it on the day and 2 hours earlier than predicted for a very fair price. Always recommend, especially for BMWs - he knows the e46 model like the back of his hand. Thanks, Alamin
Worst experience with a garage ever!
I'm a very friendly chap with I prefer to pay more on a trusted mechanic if he does a good job.
My relation with this garage started 4 months ago when I was looking for quotes to change my turbo on a 2.0 TDI engine. I got 5 quotes from different garages and all of them were around £420 (including oil change). This garage charged me £500 but accepted because they promised to do it over the weekend as I was commuting by car and needed it during week days. So I went there on a Saturday and they suddenly couldn't do it during weekend so I had to take it on Monday after 6pm. I accepted it because they owner (Azeem) look friendly and promised me a good job as being first time for me on that garage. We discussed about the turbo winning and eating oil( I'm a mechanical engineer) and he seems to know what he was saying. After one month the 'remanufacured' turbo (he told me he sent it to Essex engineers/turbos) started winning and eating oil. I called him and in the end I want to the garage so he can have a look. He told me the turbo is fine even it I wasn't believing that I accepted that I might be paranoia and left it as it was. Meantime I changed the front shafts CV boots and rochet cover gasket and did a remap on the same garage. I had to go for three times to properly fix the CV boots as they were sliding out the shaft because of incorrect fitting. After another month I called him again saying the turbo is getting louder and thirstier on oil and he promised me a replacement as it was under one year warranty. Since then (two months ago) he lied me every week that he is looking for a turbo for me and I should be patience. Today I just went to the garage to have a chat with him and he was trying to make me pay the replacement turbo and also the fitting for it even if it was under warranty.
I couldn't believe myself how greedy this man could be, after paying £525 pounds for the turbo (even that it was £500 initially) he had the guts to ask for more.
Also he made a mistake himself saying he fitted a turbo he had as spare parts even when he told me he fitted a remanufactured one.
So as a conclusion don't wast your time and especially your money on this garage if you don't want to get scammed and have second hand parts when you pay for new ones.
