I recently had a disappointing encounter at the pharmacy when my girlfriend, who is a pharmacy student and part-time employee in another pharmacy, went in to purchase ibuprofen gel under the Pharmacy First scheme. Unfortunately, the pharmacist and dispenser exhibited a condescending attitude, offering no assistance and ultimately stating that the gel couldn't be obtained through the scheme. Instead, they suggested buying it outright. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior has left me questioning the benefits of supporting a local pharmacy over larger chains. Will be making sure family and friends know all about this experience.

Truly cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. After dealing with horrible service at Lloyd’s for years I finally switched. The Park Road team knows me by name, is so personable, and always prepares my meds on time. I never need to worry about it like I did before.
I have been a customer of Park Road Pharmacy since 1996. My experience of them over all these years has been the best you could hope for. The staff and owner are all friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
If only all other shops and services experiences were so pleasant and helpful.
Great location, fabulous staff: helpful, dependable, compassionate, and friendly at all times, even when the pharmacy is at its busiest. Well worth waiting a few minutes. The Head Pharmacist is so kind and caring, I selfishly hope he never retires :-) A big thank you to everyone.
The staff are very helpful but the pharmacy needs more staff. Everytime you go in there are massive queues to the door and by the time you get to the front you are unsure if they even have what you are requiring. Have come here very all the time for my prescriptions as its local to me and it's always the same.
Every time I get my GP send my prescription to Park road pharmacy Once I go to collect it I am told it has not been done yet and have to wait 30 minutes to get it ready..the reason GP are asked to get prescriptions sent to pharmacies save time less crowded people in pharmacies .
I have been to other pharmacies and they always been ready to collect 24-48 hours after being sent to pharmacy.
I've been using Park Road pharmacy for over 20 years. Over that time, they have consistently been friendly, helpful and very efficient!
