Quailty Chips. Yummy Cumberland Definitely I Will Call Back.
Never open when they say they are online so very unreliable. Foods alright but not much use if you can't get any!
Went for tea last night. Cumberland sausage chips gravy for me plus extras for family. Food lovely and clean and great portion. Friendly staff always. Had the fish in the past. Cooked to order so not dried our. You got to try it.
Staff don't seem to listen. On two separate ocassions ordered chips, cheese and gravy with no salt or vinegar. First time they forgot the gravy, second time they forgot the cheese and put vinegar all over it...despite reading the order back correctly. Such a shame because the food is great when they actually get it right!
Ordered an non battered fish tonight. I was not advised that without the batter the fish would turn out dry rubbery. I only realised when I opened the box at home. I returned to the shop only to be told the fault was mine. I left the item with them and headed to another fish and chip shop nearby who explain things to their customer first and don't blame them.
Went for the first time today and the fish and chips were excellent. Nice clean food. He even through in the mushy peas for free as I forgot to initially order them.
