Ordered food from her via Just eat the food was estimated to arrive within an hour it was here 20 minutes earlier we ordered chicken nuggets, burgers, onion rings and chips and they were all very nice
A bit pricey but I would definitely eat here again in future thank you Parade Fish Bar
I used to order from here through Just Eat. The food always arrived quickly and was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I haven't ordered since I found out they have a FOOD HYGIENE RATING OF ONLY 2 which, unbelievably, has now dropped to 1/5! Disgusting! Get your act together and I might order from you again, but not until you clean up your act!
If I could give no stars I would have. Been using them for a while and never had an issue. I’ve just paid £6.60 for a cod that was no bigger than a standard sausage roll. They are never normally that size. Easily 2-3 times bigger. When ringing the guy started arguing straight away, told me to ring back later and hung up on me as he was busy. He rang back and still proceeded to argue with me and was trying to justify the tiny piece of fish down to his fish prices going up. I asked him if this was now going to be the portion size going forward to which he couldn’t give me an answer. He also offered a pound refund somewhere in amongst his rudeness. I don’t want the pound but the other 2/3 of the fish would have been nice. Rude, and terrible customer service. Won’t be using them again.
Our meals were freshly cooked & very good. The portion size was large which meant we had way too many chips - not a bad thing if you love a mountain of chips though. We also got milk shakes that were good.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
My 2nd visit to this place and once again I got a very unfriendly welcome I ordered my food and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for regular chips. Another customer walked into the shop and was greeted very nicely which I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t be greeted like that. I then saw that the gentleman made this customers food before mine after 15 minutes I had to leave as I found myself getting rather upset. I’m not sure if it’s to do with my skin colour but I have never been treated like a second class citizen before so will not be using this chip shop again

The Parade Fish bar has been wonderful from day one, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Chips are always cooked upon ordering.
Unlike most Chip shops in Gloucester, their chips are cooked wonderfully and not swimming in grease/oil. They honestly taste amazing.
I have ordered in the shop, over the phone and through Just Eat, all of which I’ve encountered no problems at all! Quick, reliable, fast and friendly service.
But most importantly of all, the Kinder Bueno Milkshake. Perfection ????
We had never been here before. We were the only customers in the shop yet had to wait over 25 minutes for our order to be completed. The chips were fresh but the cod had be left so long it was soggy and tasteless. The lady serving kept licking her thumb to get new bits of paper then wiping it on her jumper.
Not impressed and won't be returning.
Definitely avoid this place, low hygiene rating. I've used them twice and I've always been disappointed, last time they took my order wrong and got really mad because they said I told them that order.
