If you want to be welcomed by a team of friendly professionals, and dive deep into the world of delicious artisanal roasted coffee, this is the one place to go !
In my opinion the only place to get your coffee beans in the Lausanne area. Even if you are outside the central one near the town hall, it is worth making the trip to Chailly for this place. Unlike certain others, the proprietor is open and discusses his coffee blends rather than keeping them secret.
Authentic artisanal coffee roaster. They source a small but good selection off pure origin coffee beans and have a fantastic house blend. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care.
TIP: Try their Nonnettes au Miel. They are simply incredible.
