Very bad service. We have ordered 15 minutes ago but still didn't receive anything and later on when we ask the staff what's wrong he says the machine is not working. It's unacceptable to make someone wait for so long beside its ramadan and we are fasting. I find this completely disrespectful to be treated like this as a regular customer of papas in greenstreet. The two guys in counter were very arrogant while serving us- not even trying to speak politely. I even offered to transfer money in one of their accounts but they still denied. If the machine is faulted its not us to blame so why do we have to wait for so long? Also we were just sitting in front of the counter and they could have clearly said to us that their machine was not working but they still didn't bother to. It's very disappointing to be treated like this. I strongly recommend the manager to speak to their staff for being more polite, more considerate towards their customers and train them properly because such behavior can never be justified. Also because papas reputation is well known so for people like them shouldn't get the opportunity to humiliate the reputation. Please look into this matter.
I used to come here daily many years ago. Today I visited after10 years. We ordered the deal with 20 wings. But staff given me only wings for £9.
When realized it is not the right order he given me. I ask staff to give the pack with paying the difference. He refuses give it. Asked for manager / supervisor and agin refused to give their contact to me. This is unbelievable service in UK.
We paid extra money for the fries and drinks.
There is no way to contact the management. Is it really in Uk? Disappointed
Worst burger and chicken ????
I have ordered a takeaway burger and chicken strip which comes with a drink. They didn’t give me mionese when asked were rude customers.
The FOH doesnt no how to greet/speak with the customer, the food is frozen, higein is not followed. Overall its a waste of my hard earned money. Please teach your staff how to behave an deal with the customers. This is unacceptable.

I rate this place only becuase of thier Chicken stripes. The tender succulent strips are just amazing. I would also recommend the chicken wings. The prices in this shop are very cheap. However the quality of other food such as the fries are not the best. The shop seems a little messy at times and although very nice staff the language barrier makes communication difficult at times.
Had the best tasting chicken fillet meal with chicken wings and a chicken piece !! Generous portion of fries and great service from the staff !!
Price is at par with other takeaways in east London.
Please keep it up as you are going to be my favourite spot for takeaway !!!
Can the owner reevaluate their business ethics? Why a burger needs to be sold in a styrofoam box that can't be recycled instead of paper or cardboard box? Especially, when people dine in?
Ok, would give 0 stars if possible, this was absolutely horrible. Not all branches offer the same quality of food, stay well away from this upton park branch.
First time in my Life I couldn't swallow a chicken burger. Its was just batter, old dry chicken, really horrible consistency.
I was so angry with myself for wasting my time and money.
This is a very derelict part of London and people are looking to eat for a few quid.

Don’t come here! Ordered my food, finally came. Checked inside the bag there was blood all over the box, and all over the plastic bag I immediately asked for a refund. And told him why there was blood everywhere he then stated he cut he’s hand ???? I LEFT AS FAST AS I COULD
