Kind of a shame. You pay cheap prices and make a judgement on what you get. Given what you pay for the food it’s a good quality, you can expect organic and chickens waited on by servants. What you get is actually value.
First time tonight I requested a number 12 meal and large fries. Guy said I never said that but also no drink in meal? Seems like he was playing.
If there is an issue, I could teach the difference between an ‘and’ and when ordering with no and.
Given other people understood what I said negotiation should have been better. But given the drink wasn’t included I’m thinking maybe pulling a fast one?
Anyway, service usually good and you get what you pay for. Can’t normally complain and would recommend supporting this place with communication and understanding properly assessed by staff.
Quality and service is not like before. Definitely went down. No more hygiene practice being followed. Staff was picking wings from floor and putting them on the tray. Tried to take pic but couldn’t. His manager was telling him that you dropped the wings while he was taking from machine to display, he dropped accidentally one or two wings but his manager was cursing him like he dropped a million pound. Due to his pressure he had to pick up from floor and put on the display on the top shelf.

Three times in a row 1 wings short out of ten I don’t know if it is there any new policy to make money !!and this time when I went to the shop after 1 o clock at night I saw no wings I asked any more wings coming ? the guy said two minutes, I was waiting at the front and saw one of the staff cooked the wings In Chips fryer ans it’s came rock hard &burnt and this is how the wings looked like.I think customer needs to be aware of where they spending money.With the same amount of money they can get KFC no doubt of quality.#avoid papas Woodgrange road.
Times are hard for this establishment. Having gone in there twice now to confirm my suspicions.
You know times are hard when they sell you a kids size chicken burger. The chicken patty is small and the burger bun is much smaller!
Whilst prices are going rocket high ???? the food portion and sizes are getting smaller!
Small chips is so small, i had to ask for more.
How is a grown guy like me meant to sustain himself on this measly meal?
Just look at the photos attached, the chicken burger is laughable.
Nice juicy chicken but one of my chicken pieces was mad black from inside where the bone is. Kinda put me off the rest of my food.
The staff also have some chip on their shoulder, wanted to fight me cos i said your service is poor as i had to ask for tissue, wet wips, sauce and my drink. Dont i will go back here again
Not so good. Fries were the best thing and they were just about average. Wings were barely lukewarm and didn’t taste great. Good crunch though. Chicken burger fillet was average in terms of taste but it was quite small and the buns weren’t soft at all.
Extremely mediocre food. The taste of fried chicken and chips were blend. Chips had no seasoning. Chicken and chips wasn't fresh a bit.
It's cheap but I have seen better.
Fries being cooked in cold oil. When staff was questioned about it, they were very unprofessional and aggressive. Asked for the manager and he said he is the manager but refused to give his name. Rude and unprofessional staff does not care about the cooking standards right Infront of the customers. Not sure how the prepare food in the kitchen!
