Never had issues before with PJ’s but this has happened twice in a row now. We ordered pizza for immediate delivery. We didn’t hear anything so called 3 times for updates. Finally showed up hour and 20min late and cold. Two weeks later we ordered again, and yet again, an hour and half late. If it’s taking over an hour why not explain that when making the order? Shame because we love PJ pizzas, so we’re going to have to order from elsewhere in future.
Ordered food on the 5th April only to have it take over 1.5 hours and not only cold but not what I ordered. Sent it back and asked for a full refund as I won’t be using them again and still chasing and being fobbed off by the manager for my money on the 24th!!!
Absolutely dreadful service, failed to deliver half the order, complained to the store the sent out the missing items but still managed to miss something out of that.
The people in the store could have really done some sort of customer service training. One of them told me she couldn't get the manager because she was on the phone. Yes to me ....
Avoid at all costs
Only once they've forgotten a drink for my meal deal order and had to wait another hour on top for them to deliver. Other than that, it's not a bad branch. Food has always been correct to what I've ordered, hot and tasty. Less stars as delivery can be over an 1hr when I live 10mins away and that's not at a busy time. Recently popped in branch and staff were friendly enough.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE
Ordered "The Works" pizza recieved a hardly topped thing. I know it was Two for Tuesday but i didn't think the topping would be split between two or more pizzas!
Called to complain to the manager and received instant verbal.
Never ordering again from this store.
Post review I took the pie back to the store and realised instantly that I was dealing with the worst person I have ever met in the service industry. The arguements were so bad that the employee/supervisor 'Kahn' even argued against the quality of his own pizza! I'll say this again STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE.
After reading reviews about long delivery periods I was skeptical about ordering from PJ but our pizzas arrived within a reasonable time and were still hot. However I do feel as if I wasted my money. The pizzas were caked with grease and our sides were soggy to the point they had fallen apart in the takeaway boxes. The dough was chewy and seemed undercooked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Small disagreement before they agreed to change which was unacceptable.
I waited for 2 hours for my food to be delivered when the driver showed up at my house, he gave me my food, shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what's going on, if your food is cold, call them" I went back and fourth with the driver but the end result was that I called the store and they told me that there was nothing that they can do. I said that they should remake my order or I wanted a refund and they told me they can send the pizzas but no sides even though they were also stone cold! (Not to mention they had also sent a wrong side aswell) they told me that they had spoken to the manager and when i asked to speak to him they said that he wasn't there! To which i asked for a supervisor and they told me that the answer was the same. The whole time they just seemed fed up but they wouldn't need to be if it was done right in the first place! They then offered me a free large pizza with my next order which I refused because I can 100% say I will NOT be ordering again!
