I go everytime i have guests. They are always so impressed at the food, the gluten free menu and the veggie options. Fabulous
Great wee Chinese. Service is friendly. Food always tasty and freshly cooked.
Chips were burnt, rice was bland, chicken balls were awfully chewy. Won't be back
Ordered a meal tonight and only half the order was delivered. When I phoned to let them know they said they would deliver the rest. Then they wanted another delivery charge. So they wanted paid twice for delivery. The food was mediocre nothing special but the attitude when I complained was I'll pass the message on. Customer service mediocre as well so I won't be back. Plenty of other nice restaurants in troon.
Amazing Gluten free meals available at value for money. Was lovely looking forward to trying more. Helpful staff great service
Not as good as it was.
Used to be great and a favourite, but the last few meals we have had just haven't been as good, and didn't really enjoy the last one at all. Chicken was a bit chewey :-(
The katsu sauce is a nice new edition.
Shame how it's went.
Waited almost 3 hrs to collect a meal as christmas eve & very busy.
Fair enough i thought,,however the food was not good at all & i mean from the starters to the main,,,very bad show Panda house from a frequent customer,,also cash only??
Normally we can use cards.
The Scottish girl answering the phone is slightly abrubt and speaks too fast. She is also like that when we go into collect our order. She could benefit from some customer service training. To speak a little slower, to be more patient, and to be more helpful and to smile. A nice Chinese person would probably be better.
