So much choice on offer. They have premade posh dinner party food, bbq favourites and deli meats, as well as normal cuts and joints. Massive bones for your dog for next to nothing. Their pies, pasties and sausage rolls are well known locally and go fast. Staff are always friendly and happy to recommend things.
I have bought from here before and it has been good. Today I bought some chicken thighs in breadcrumbs. It was so salty it was diisgusting. I will be taking back the portion that I froze. So disappointed.
We only bought a couple of items but what a success. A steak pie (£3.95) looked great and very tasty with tender meat, just the right amount of sauce and crisp pastry plus a deboned chicken leg (£3.50) wrapped around some stuffing and then wrapped in bacon and shaped like a cushion. Really tasty.

Smashing butchers with excellent quality of meat and a great range of easy to cook products. Just started doing their own pies and they're too notch. Had a steak and kidney one that was deeeeelish. Spring rolls were lovely, and a nice kick too. Packed with veggies and beansprouts.
Reasonable prices, especially off their own beef, and the lamb is lovely.

Friendly butcher's. The spring rolls were spicy were not labelled spicy and contained potatoes, carrots and peas not beansprouts, Chinese mushroom or cabbage was more like a samosa spice, pasty filling. It did not come together well with the orientel evening meal. Would complement an Indian meal more than Chinese food but really wasn't nice.
Absolutely fantastic; the most juicy and tasty meat we have ever had. Sausages are fantastic and the chicken parcels we had for dinner the their evening were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended
