Worst experience.
Took 35 minutes in total when there were only three cars in front of me. To then be ripped off, was charged for a “full clean” instead of the “basic clean” even though I hadn’t asked for that or been asked what I wanted.
Apparently the full clean is “also washing the wheels” which costs £2 extra on top of the basic clean. Which is a joke, once I got home I realised the wheels were still dirty ????
When I questioned why I was being charged for a full clean when I hadn’t asked for that I was told I should have said this before he rang it through the till. Wasn’t offered a refund. Total chancers.
They are probably doing that to everyone.
I know it’s only £2 extra but to be charged for something you didn’t ask for is ridiculous especially when I expect the basic clean to wash the whole car, wheels included.
Worst experience. Have always went here great service always good job for price. But last month young boy washed my car school kid car was not washed properly I re washed car when got home
I guess you get what you pay for, but my God, who wants to sit in a queue for an hour just to have them spend 5 minutes cleaning your car?! Actively looking for an alternative place to go!

Good hand wash for vehicles and moderate price. Can be very busy and queued on to the road.
I thought he was spraying very close to the paintwork, clearly way too close ! He has stripped the paint of my front splitter. Certainly don't recommend this place and will never use them again. The fact he didn't even have the decency to admit to it makes it even worse for the honesty and integrity of this place.
