Turned to Kevin as last resort as other garages refused to take the car in. He's been recommended to me by my MINI group on Facebook. He took the car in and replaced both radiators and thermostat housing after I've had a serious coolant leak. All other garages I phoned would suggest head gasket fail and quoted thousands of £££'s for repair or straight up refused to take the car as it's too much work. Car was towed to Palmer Works and came back good as new. I was positively surprised with all little things that Kevin did, like refilling my air con and topping up oil. Thumbs up for the man ???? I will be back!
Kevin got my little mini back in action—an excellent job and reasonably priced. I was genuinely concerned and considering selling my Mini because of the potential costs of getting it roadworthy after three years of sitting outside. I initially made contact after a recommendation from a local Mini group; I explained the situation and told Kevin my budget; he agreed to take the car away, have it tested, and call me if the cost would creep anywhere near my budget. It didn't, and I had my Mini back within a fortnight. I'm over the moon to have it back on the road. Thank you, Kevin, for saving me the heartache of selling my little Trevor. I'll definitely be calling on your services again.
He's a busy man, he works hard and long hours, he knows his stuff, prices are comparable, I've used him 3 times including Mot and service, and would recommend, if you got a Mini then this is the place to go
What a great experience I had at Palmer works. If you have a mini this is the place to go too Kevin was very helpful very knowledgeable and not a rip off, sorted out my ecu problem I will be returning

Kevin is brilliant. He found an issue on my Mini Cooper that 2 dealerships could not find. After insisting that their is a fault, the 3rd dealership found the issue and replaced my turbo under warranty for free. If it was not for Kevin, I would have not been able to resolve this issue. Thanks a million Kevin. I'll be taking my Mini to him from now on!

I came to Kevin in a manic stress desperately needing an oil cap due to loosing mine, he didn’t have one that fit my BMW but he still lent me one until my one arrived in the post which meant I could get to and from work throughout the week. He didn’t need to do this but he went the extra mile for me, really nice man and has some amazing cars at his garage will defo return
