MOT and service carried out in good time but disappointed with price. Was quoted £205 for service and MOT yet when picking car up was charged £245! Then they disputed the price and said I was never given a quote. Only picked P&R autos as they were cheaper! Could have gone direct to car manufacturers for same price! Now know not to use again as too expensive and quoted price is pointless.
I have been a customer of PR Autos for about two years. Their service is always perfect, the work they carry out is to a high standard and they're always happy to explain what they've done, and their prices are incredibly reasonable too (sometimes even generous). I could not recommend PR enough- I have used three other garages for work vehicles and although they are all good PR Autos prove to be exceptional in comparison. A family member recently got a new car with a service agreement and he was genuinely disappointed he wouldn't be using PR Autos during that time. Highly recommend!
This garage is really good. I've used them several time and have always been honest and reliable. Prices are really good they will do their best to help with any problem with my car. I have recommended several people and they are really pleased with the work that has been carried out.

I am in Eastbourne for work and experienced some car issues, I wanted to get my car checked over before driving on the motorways to get back home for the weekend. P R Autos were fantastic, really friendly and helpful staff. They checked my car whilst I waited, didn't take long, and advised me on certain issues. No charge. I am so grateful! If I encounter any problems with my car whilst in Eastbourne I am going to them. Very professional, would 100% recommend.
