Wow what a good mechanic Simon is! Had a lot of knocking and banging happening on my Mk5 Gold Gt, I and 2 other garages could not find the issue and was quite stressful. Took it to PG we went for a test drive so he could hear. He said XYZ is the issue. Left it with him for literally 2 hours and all fixed! In all my 35 years of driving best mechanic ever well done ???????? Garfield

I had used them for a rescue/recovery some time ago and my impressions were - they had time on their hands and everything was a bother including telling me what was wrong and what the process of the recovery would be; one of the partners Peter G could not be bothered to serve me when I came to collect my vehicle - he seemed more preoccupied with everything else and I was getting a feeling he was going to fall asleep or keel over. Never experienced anything like it since - I could not smell anything but initially felt he was under influence of some tranquilisers. My son in law booked the vehicle for an MOT not realising they are not authorised to carry out MOTs. On the day he was told they can do it but would charge labour on top ? he got charged almost hundred quid. I wonder what the trading standards and DVSA would have thought of that? Looking at his MOT paperwork - I do not believe the alleged partnered garage bothered with emissions.
Dropped the car in at 9:30am car was fixed and back with me by 2:15pm.
REALLY GOOD WORKMANSHIP, REALLY FRIENDLY AND PRICES THAT DONT BREAK THE BANK.
In short ... Great experience friendly staff great workmanship and will definitely be recommending to friends.

Was sent by my breakdown service, grumpy & unhelpful when I asked what the problem was. Was meant to recover my car but drove off without telling me so I was left wondering if he was coming back. Complained about the time he was given to recover vehicle, all a big inconvenience. My car was then dropped off at the garage and left outside in the middle of the road. Disappointed by this service and treatment in an already stressful situation
