They always go out of their way to help everyone! When I was struggling to get ahold of my diabetic medication they went out of their way to get someone to notify me while I was at work so I didn't worry about where I would have to look next. They're all incredibly kind and genuine people, which is rare these days. Thank you for all that you do.
We live in Caledonian road and have transfer from a different pharmacy nearby to P. Edwards... never regret making this decision. Very good Pharmacy, excellent customer service especially Mr Chaterm (I believe that is how his name spelt like)... Polite and knowledgeable. And knows his patients well creating good rapport please keep up the good work!
A fantastic pharmacy with incredibly knowledgeable staff, especially the pharmacist. They've been instrumental in guiding me through the UK health system and always go above and beyond to ensure I get my medication seamlessly. A definite 5-star experience!

Always courteous and helpful. As well as everything you'd expect from a dispensing chemist, they have a photo printing machine.
Update in August 2023: the current pharmacist seems to know all his customers personally, including their specific reasons for needing his services! Highly recommended.
