Fantastic garage. Replaced my clutch faster than any other garage could do it and at half the price quoted by the garage the AA towed me to. Friendly helpful. fair pricing and professional. I'll be taking my car to them from now on. Its 'a find'.
We are very disappointed with the service we received at P&A Auto Repairs garage. We brought a vehicle in for what we thought would be a routine MOT.
We were told it be £50 & £40 to fix the back lights.
Today, we were called and told that they've done the entire re-wiring of the back lights which we did not authorize. "...all morning..." and we have to pay £290.
Clearly they inflated prices just to take advantage of customers. They were not aware to be dealing with qualified mechanics. We will not be returning after such an underhanded experience. Customers beware of their pushy upselling tactics. We do not recommend this garage at all. They are not an MOT centre and subcontract another garage. Predatory methods.
I can not praise Steve and the lads highly enough! Friendly, polite and super helpful .they diagnosed the problem with my van immediately . The part was ordered and van ready for collection the next day. Great price will be using this garage again and would have no hesitation in recommending to others

Great customer service! I took my car here after breaking down and although the garage was busy they were happy to fit me in. I was kept informed of their progress and the repair was completed the same day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I'd definitely recommend this garage!
