Appalling service. Purchased a specialist battery for a 1955 vehicle on their website which stated free next day delivery. Purchased well in advance of a potential buyer travelling long distance to view, who proceeded as they had made travel arrangements, despite the battery still not turning up 11 days after ordering. It looked unprofessional that we could not demonstrate the car engine running and the price by the offered by the purchaser reflected that. There is no tracking information in the order, we have messaged to confirm the battery is dispatched with no response; the phone is not answering to explain where our order is. Completely unacceptable and information provided on purchasing relating to next day delivery now appears to be completely untrue. Unclear if we will now even receive the battery, and will likely be too late to resolve our sale issue. If there had been some honesty upfront about Orius' inability to provide this item we could have obtained the battery elsewhere. I would avoid using this company at all costs as their sales offering is totally illegitimate.
An absolute shower. Battery turned up as per the pictures. I would have thought if sending hazardous material it would have come dry with the acid separate!! Like everybody else, Zero response to 2 emails and countless voicemails. Avoid like the plague.
I ordered battery then didn't get any tracking information, as I ordered after 3pm I awaited until after 3pm next day for it to be processed for delivery, still 6pm nothing, I called tge number and was voicemail. I then read the reviews and got worried that I wasted £113 and would never arrive.
Sure enough though, next day my partner sent me picture of the parcel, delivered as promised, I load tested, its perfect working order and new as described.
I would say a confirmation email to say item sent with tracking would be good for peace of mind, however I did receive an email response 2 days after received parcel :)

A great battery at a great price! The battery was shipped the same day but took ages to arrive (courier snook up to my door and posted a card - yes my son was waiting for the delivery!)
Can't fault Orius as they had used a reputable courier!

Ordered a battery for my Porsche on line, promised next day and nothing. Emailed twice - no reply. Finally got frustrated and sent them a 4pm deadline to refund or I would issue Court proceedings for all costs. Surprise surprise they replied and 3 days refunded the money. Then some 7 days later the battery arrived. I then told them I am charging them storage costs 1t £14/day and/or a £75 disposal cost as my insurance does not allow storage of hazardous goods. Finally caved in and told me to keep the battery, which I have done. Not something I wanted to do, but they failed to reply and then when the going got tough, suddenly replied every other hour. Why do people do this when this could be a great business.
A totally bad company and I am sure tried to scam me in the first instance, but failed. Keep well away !!!! I am trained in litigation matters, so I knew my exact legal stance.
I wish I'd read reviews before placing an order. I bought a battery and it arrived (maybe surprising if you read some of these reviews), however it was damaged and leaking. I have sent a message from their website, two emails, 3 voice messages and have tried to ring dozens more times with no answer. My best advice is buy somewhere else. If they finally answer and resolve the issue I'll give them a different rating, but on current performance don't buy from them.
Ordered a battery for a car i am selling, then cancelled within 10 minutes as the new owner said he had one. Emailed Orius, called them, no response until the battery arrived. Was told too late to cancel. Then opened the battery and it's the wrong battery anyway!
I have emailed and called for the last few days and have had no response. If they actually answer, which judging by the reviews they won't, I'll change the rating.
But for now, avoid these charlatans at all costs.
I received faulty battery from them. They didn’t bother to respond to emails and refused to refund. They picked up the battery but refused that they received the battery and refused refund. NEVER buy any thing from them. The worst after sales service and the worst customer service. From 5 I will give them -10 for everything. If you want to waste your money then buy batteries from them. I had been chasing them since last month but end up losing money.
