Place has gone completely down hill there is and still are a couple of lovely staff members , the rest are rude don’t help or give you half a prescription and say they don’t have the rest and when you go to pick it up, then miraculously have no recollection of it and don’t have the other half of your life time prescriptions . ordered at least a week before so plenty of time for them to have it and it be done and it isn’t , so people with lifetime illnesses are going without vital medication they need when you have the proof on the nhs app they have your prescription and it’s happening to so many people and they just send them back to the doctors it’s a total joke no clue what they are doing, bring the old staff and the 2 members of staff that are still there and have been years back full time so it can go back to running smoothly 10 years at the same pharmacy and nothing but problems the last 3-4 months
Calling on 12th December 2023 at 10am. Finally managed to speak to someone after the 4th attempt and over 30 minutes wasted. 3 previous times I waited in the que only to have the phone put down on me once someone answered. Revise your call system as this one is beyond rude. Practice doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
Staff on reception brilliant. Doctors not. So good.getting appointment 1 2 hours waiting on phone than no appointment for 3 year old.
This place has gone right down hill you can never get an appointment and when you do it's always with a nurse not a doctor and the pharmacy is useless always something missing it's ridiculous there answers to everything is 111 to many patients and still taking on
Some of the receptionists are awful! Had loading doses for my vitamin levels which ended 2 weeks ago and I need repeat bloods to make sure they’ve helped! Spoke to a receptionist who said they’d call me back to get me the medication I needed and bloods and now I’m back to feeling terrible so I’m guessing my levels have dropped due to not having the medication I need or my blood tests. Been over a week since I rang and I’ve heard nothing! You don’t play with peoples health!
Very rude on phone . Robbers by charging £10weekly for medication blister packs delivery will only do 1pack a week not 4 in one delivery eg instead of £10 per month there want £40 a month from a pensioner's .talk down to you.
NEVER USE
I went for my covid and flu vaccination and the 2 gentleman that were doing them were extremely rude. The one on the computer asked me a question and I tried to answer and he wouldn’t let me finish and spoke over me aggressively and the one giving the injections were rude and it’s the first time that they really hurt when given to me and left a nasty bruise I was very disappointed with the treatment I received
Always good customer service, prescriptions always ready on time.
