Arrived 15 mins before closing, when issues arose with the prescription staff were rude and said they’re closed. Some of us have work and medicine to collect in the same day, that are all quite important. Keep patient’s going round and round in circles directing us back to the - GP who tells us to get an emergency prescription from them. Not to mention the unethical consequences of leaving someone without their pills. Avoid if you don’t want to feel like you’re banging your head against a wall repeatedly
Amazing selection of feel-good skincare and haircare. Orbis is incredibly well stocked in terms of difficulty to find high quality vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements. If they don’t have it, they will always endeavor to get it for you.
Okay pharmacy, staff are helpful however if they can’t find an order they can be a little rude. Not very helpful was promised a prescription would be in by the afternoon, came to collect four days later was told there wasn’t an order. When waiting for the prescription to be requested, I was told to move over so “the customer could pay” as though I wasn’t a customer who had been willing to pay if they had my order.
One to avoid! Will take your money for your prescription, give you a third of it then promise the rest has been ordered and is on the way. About a month later they'll claim it can't be ordered, and when you ask why you'll get a response with poor attitude and be left looking for a new pharmacy. Unprofessional and unreliable pharmacy. Try being honest with your patients instead of lying. The Locum staff are great, but the permanent regular guy appears to have no patience. Main issue is a new excuse every time you go in to ask where your medication is. Moreover, after leaving this review, the aforementioned pharmacist grabbed my personal details, called my mobile and questioned why i left the review. Is that even a legal use of my personal data?
I have used Orbis for many years. They’re really friendly and helpful . I never have to wait more than a minute or two to be served and so
I refer my patients there as I know they will be treated well .
Super helpful, kind and knowledge. They take the time to understand what you need, a nice change from big chain pharmacies.
Avoid, I’ve been there recently and told me that was cheaper go privately that use my prescription because it was for two items. I said ok then and then I am given one box. The pharmacist gets nervous when I ask about it. Second time I get same prescription go to my normal pharmacy and they charge one as I was expecting. Orbis you are not going to see me again.
Avoid them if you can. They're rude and unprofessional. On top of that, they overcharge you for private prescriptions without a shame. I'm astonished that they're not out of business already.
