Been coming here for 20 years, consistently good with myself and kids. Belinda is the definition of a fantastic person and professional dentist, I only hope she stays here for another 20 years as she makes every visit a pleasure
I've been with the Ongar Road Dental Practice for years but would particularly like to say Dr Sasha Alani is a very caring dentist, explains everything and you feel calm in 'the chair' so to speak. I've just had 2 veneers on my front teeth and am so impressed at how the colour matches. That hour and a half treatment was well worth it and has given me so much more confidence.
5* in my opinion.
Fantastic care and attention. Kind , attentive and offered sound advice . Infection detected and the possible need to sort out a tooth once infection gone. All between Christmas and New year on limited staff and time . Thank you so much xx
I took my 91 year old father to the dentist with a broken tooth. He was attended to by Johan Hefer. As my father is unable to stand, Mr Hefer treated him in his wheelchair with efficiency, calmness and empathy. He and his colleagues are a credit.

Pay for a tooth to be pulled out that didn't get pulled out because covid happened to be told that I have to pay another 65 pound for the tooth to be pulled. If I owed you money after 6 months I would have bailiffs and every thing at my door. Don't see how covid has just cost me 67 pound which means I have lost it. Now I'm universal credit but still have to pay 65 pound for treatment what a joke. This is why I have dentists because no matter what ya get ripped off thanks for the help I haven't been given
I was a very nervous patient after a previous traumatic experience. Belinda is an outstanding dentist who has done amazing work within the NHS to formulate an ongoing treatment plan for me. She’s an absolute credit to the practice! Cannot recommend her enough
As a new patient who was very nervous prior to attending my first dental appointment in a long time, Mia the Dental Nurse made me feel very welcomed and eased my anxiety. The Dentist I had was very honest and thorough and they both looked after me from the minute i walked through the door to leaving. I shall be returning! Thank you team :)
