They don't own the building
Waited in reception for our appointment when a lady with two children cane in and say in reception. An assistant came over and and began discussing her business with her there in reception. We could all hear everything agree was saying. I'm sure she could have conducted the business in a more private place.
They tend to spend more energy being unhelpful than would take to be helpful. But when I did get to speak to the person I wanted to she was very understanding.
we are excoop employees who meet up at the headquarters once a year, we were put up in the Park Inn, wined & dined, breakfast, lunch and very good talks about the progress within the Coop society. We were treated like "royalty. "
Lovely place but reception staff were poor. Didn't know anything about the meeting I was attending despite the fact the leader had told them to look out for attendees 20 mins before! One member of staff just ignored me and served someone else instead of helping me. Rude and generally unhelpful.
Might make an ok airport departure lounge , but it's an expensive white elephant as an office . Loads of open space atrium area , but staff are jammed into overcrowded work spaces. Anonymous, sterile, hateful , wasteful Northamptonshire County Council vanity project . Woefully inadequate parking.
A building of bonus grabbing idiots
I love using map. However, it doesn't show you how long you have got to reach your destination. This would been an added value for me.
