Called them on a Friday morning for a problem with a calliper on our Honda accord estate, we needed to use it to go on holiday the following day as we were booked on a ferry that night. They fitted us in despite being very busy. They assessed the problem immediately, called their supplier in Cardiff as the van was due to leave the depot by 10am with repair parts. The car was fixed early afternoon, and off we were! Couldn’t praise them enough ????????
Booked our car (Fiat 500) in for shock absorber replacement and an all round check. Jamie and his team gave superb service, it’s now like driving a completely different car. After being quoted for a clutch and master cylinder by a few places, I was aware it was a big job and was dreading the bill. Jamie of On the Road came recommended by literally everyone I asked. It was a big job but he got it back to me quickly (obviously had to wait on parts) and the bill was far less than I was expecting, which is literally the first time that has ever happened! Jamie and his team are expert, competent mechanics. They consistently turn jobs over fast, really fast. On top of that they are just nice people and their ethos is always to go out of their way to help you. If there isn’t some van or car I can borrow while my car is being fixed, I’m always offered a lift. If garages could get a Michelin star, this place should get one.
