I must share my experience of today to have a sore tooth looked at
First of all I am very pleased at the new decor that has transformed the practice to an inviting environment. I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the place which is important.
I must point out that all the staff were exceptionally pleasant, polite and very welcoming. I have to give a shout to the young lady receptionist what a capable and efficient and lovely person. It was delightful to interact with her she couldn’t do enough for me, she was empathetic and showed concern as I had a very sore tooth.
Lucky for me she was able to slot me in. I was sorted out by a lovely girl dentist and her assistant in a professional and capable way.
I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone
I give it 10 out of 10 for giving me a great experience

During a filling last year, the bur (drill bit) fell down my throat, due to it coming loose in the drill. This resulted in a visit to A&E for nearly 5 hours.
A year later, part of the same tooth that had been filled chipped off when eating a digestive biscuit.
No being happy with the workmanship from Omnia, I went to another dentist for a crown, costing £300 (nhs).
Prior to this palaver, I did not have any pain from the tooth in question, which makes me wonder if the filling was really necessary at all.
Sorry, but this 1 star review is flattery, there is no option for zero stars unfortunately.
Wonderful experience at check up today. My 15 month old had his first check up and the dentist (Fatima) was very gentle. He even got a sticker. I had a small radiograph done and I can say the experience was wonderful. Modern practice, spacious, clean and friend staff.

Since being taken over, the service has gone shocking. The receptionist is both rude and unhelpful. They only do treatments one day a week and fail to tell you this at time of booking. They then try to pad everything out my making multiple appointments when you tell them at the start what you require, all so they can charge you more. Will be looking for another dentist and if these were the only dentist around I would go without. Avoid at all cost.
Very good dentist would highly recommend! All staff are lovely and overall a pleasant dentist experience even with a filling!!

Front desk staff was rude and was not apologetic of refusing my appointment because of their mismanagement. I had taken a half day off from work for the appointment and came directly from work but it’s a shame they didn’t care for their patient’s time and asked to rebook another time. Highly unprofessional !
Excellent dentist. I hadn't seen one for over 20 years. I had an extraction done earlier in the week and the lady who performed it couldn't have been any more reassuring. Highly recommended.
