Book up the stairs, and they moved us down the stairs, where it was very noisy. Service bad. They missed one started then one main meal. Dirty glasses full all over the bar as 4 staff stood around chatting. Could not get drinks wee asked for as they had 'ran out' It was only 7pm!
Not good on a works night out.

Thank you for your reply. I was not aware of the number thing, and I'm sorry we did not contact you. However, as a group, we did not know the guests were not showing! And you did not give us an explanation for the move OR we would have apologied for that.
As for your dirty dishes sitting on the bar....we observed your staff standing around, chatting on a number of occasions! It's not a good look. Again, however, it was our staff night out and expect the same service and environment that previously patrons had received.

Food is very good and the best cafe in Killie. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was utterly delicious with the steak being tender and the sauce was delicious.
Food is pretty good here, I went the week it opened and feel the food has improved significantly since then.
Service is very friendly, although I've found it a little slow at times the staff are super happy to help if you approach them.
With young kids it can be hard to convince them to eat anywhere other than McDonald's, but mine absolutely love Olivia's and get excited to visit.
Lovely atmosphere and decor inside, great addition to Kilmarnock.
The katsu panini is excellent.
Delicious meal and cocktails when we were in we were the only ones in which was a shame and the waitress was lovely to would definitely return
Normally I never complain but I’m so upset by the service we received for my mums 80 birthday. I have sent 2 emails on this issue (no reply) and followed up on messenger.
Booked Olivia’s for my mums 80th birthday and I’m super disappointed with the service.
I spent £299.50 and was so disappointed. We had to send back the starters (5) (haggis bons bons) all were cold. No straws for the cocktails (then waited 25 mins while someone went out to buy straws) I had to repeatedly go to the bar to ask for drinks, forks, plates, etc - I felt I did the job of the staff.
No one welcomed us when we arrived and just felt that no one cared. I had to repeatedly ask if we could order / it was actually a joke at the table at the end as people were asking me to go and get things as the staff just were not doing anything.
I had also asked on the chat that we have a special menu with drinks included that wasn’t done and also asked for the prices not to show on the menu and that wasn’t done either.
Overall a very disappointing experience.
Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and plenty to choose from on the menu to suit everyone. First visit and will definitely be back. Thanks
Amazing place with great food! Very accommodating and helpful when certain items weren’t available.
Staff was lovely but food wasn't great. Hollandaise sauce tasted cheap, the bacon was too salty and the bread certainly wasn't sourdough. The maple syrup for the pancakes was either really cheap, or i suspect actually lyle's golden syrup. I'd prefer not to have Friday night music on a Sunday morning but perhaps i'm not the target clientele.
