I ordered a vegetarian platter from the lunch menu and was pleased with my experience. The vegetarian platter I selected came with fresh pitta bread, hummus, two prepared veggies, and a drink all for £6.95
The quality of the food surpassed my expectations, especially considering the price. The server was friendly and attentive
Would recommended for anyone seeking quality food, great service, and a diverse menu selection with good value for money
Terrible experience as I walked into the shop and was ignored as I stood at he counter waiting to be acknowledged and was greeted with a stern face by an older man at the back. My order was finally taken and I was quickly ushered out of the shop and told to wait in my car for my order to be given to me. I suspect this is because I was wearing a niqab (Islamic face covering and the owners didn’t want the likes of me in their restaurant. I was shocked when I received my order as it was a dry piece of salmon with no sauce whatsoever and was burnt on the bottom. The most disappointing thing for me is that I was given frozen mixed vegetables when I ordered the “sautéed vegetables” that were clearly from a packet and blanched in boiling water. The haloumi in my salad was not fresh at all and was dry and shivelled. This was a horrible experience at this shop and I would never buy from here again, nor would I recommended their food. Do not be fooled by their 5 star rating. They need training in customer service and the quality of their food was 1 star.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors and spices that blended together perfectly. The portions were generous and the service was top-notch.
I particularly enjoyed the hummus and the lamb shawarma, both of which were expertly prepared and full of flavor. I also appreciate the traditional atmosphere of the restaurant, which added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and authentic Lebanese meal.
Lovely restaurant located in one of the main roads.
I ordered salmon and lentil rice, it was so good as the portion came with some salad on the side too.
The Mango lassi was also very tasty, one of my favourite drinks ever.
My macchiato coffee was a good one too.
Also, there was some arabic music creating a great atmosphere.
Thanks a lot to the owner for his great service today. Very excited to be back soon ????
Local lovely mint tea and baklava. A nice stopover from a walk in the Mile end park. Nick
Reasonable price. Food was fairly fresh and cooked well. The falafel and tabouleh were over salted though.
Hands down the best knafe I had in London. It touched my soul.
On location showing open but unfortunately closed there is one guy inside refused to discuss with me,
