Great little coffee shop based in the old town, my wife and I stopped in for a coffee after our walk in the morning, it was busy and we got lucky as people left as we arrived, it's got a limited amount of seating, with a couple of tables outside. The coffee tasted fresh and was well made. I had the coconut latte and my wife had the cappuccino . We also ordered a Blondie and a Brownie, both were very nice.
Good prices, lovely atmosphere and the service. Nice place for coffee/tea & hot drinks but I’ll not recommend the cakes.. dry and the cream on top taste like a sugar with margarine..
I've visited this establishment a number of times now and I've been nothing but impressed. The coffee is delicious and made to perfection. I'm yet to try their baked goods although I'm sure they are equally as good! A special mention to Sophie, who's coffee crafting skills are second to none. Excellent work everyone, keep it up!!!
It is a small cafe in the Old Town, where you can enjoy your coffee in a pleasant atmosphere, along with something sweet. Good for breakfast, or during a break. The staff is kind and friendly. I warmly recommend this place, I always had a great time here.
Was passing Hemel Hempstead today and decided to stoped for a coffee. Walking by the old town spotted this lovely cafe place and went in for a coffee and brownie. It was delightful. Well recommend
First visit today and pleasantly surprised given some recent comments. They welcome well behaved dogs (although I sat outside given warm weather with seating provided). Lovely selection of cakes and great coffee. I'll be back.
Edit after owners response : this is 100% true and I’m happy to drop in to discuss this in more detail as your staff would recognise me! If you have cctv you will see myself and my partner waiting for our two coffees! The noise levels are uncomfortable and after your response I imagine you will not take customer feedback onboard as it simply doesn’t benefit you too! Good luck!!
Went to this lovely looking coffee shop on Saturday was really disappointed with the service. Coffee was nice enough but took 20 minutes to make (only when I chased it up was it given to me!). I was wanting to sit indoors but the noise of the staff banging was far too loud! So, we opted to sit outside,.if you want a quiet catch up with a friend over a coffee I wouldn’t go to this coffee shop.
This small but friendly coffee shop, is highly recommended give it a visit if close bye. Coffee prices just a shade above the average but worth it.
