Best KPortal Reviews

This was rather busy for a Tuesday afternoon. I don't know if the had supply problems but only 2 out of 6 cask pumps were on and 3 keg pumps were empty. They did have a good selection of 20 or so whiskies, I opted for a double Bullit bourbon at £10.30, I also noted that Fosters was reasonably priced at £5.80. I did not like the small glass the whisky came in but overall a pub well worth visiting.
Didn't have any food, but loved the pub. Had an antique shop feel to it, very quirky. Would recommend and will visit again.
Found this little gem in passing , popped in for a couple of drinks before dinner ,
Nice little boozer , good selection of drink and snacks and good decor
Excellent vibe. Interior is super traditional pub. Thank goodness this is away from the craziness of the Soho crowd. We’re from the States… Popped in for a brief beer and snack at the bar. Tried all the Brodies - not for me, but the partner drank a Bethnal Green and survived. Guiness for me and we devoured these chips - well, I had the Scampi fries. People downstairs were clearly having fun and we would return if we are in the area.
No longer an old coffee house but instead a really cosy and traditional pub with a lovely friendly atmosphere. It’s very large so even on a busy evening there’s plenty of spots to relax in your group and there’s loads of artwork and history on the walls throughout to admire. Good range of drinks are on offer at decent prices and the service is friendly. A wonderful unique place to go for a drink with friends.
Comfortable old style boozer, quiet on a Wednesday afternoon and a nice pint of Guinness. ????
On, the evening of Saturday 20th January 2024 for the first time I experienced this venue due to a recommendation of a close friend showing me around.
A great conversation with the Australian member of the venue team was memorable resulting in one of the best Saturday nights I've had in years.
A gem of Soho.
Workers are amazing. Was served by Kasia and she was so lovely, extremely talkative and served each pint with a smile as wide as a rainbow! She was especially good with her ps & qs (very rare from this new ‘gen z’) only problem with her was her pink hair!
