Best week of my life!! I did work experience here and everything they had us do was active and really gave me a feel for the army. I met some really lovely people here and the commanders/soldiers were so friendly!! defo recommend ????
Dining service was basic, tables were a little austere in decor. Not much in the way of à la carte, no wine list but there were plenty of refreshments. Breakfast was served quite early, which is a bonus for those eager to get a head start on the day. Lunch was similar each day, again no à la carte or wine list. Facilities were excellent. Those in search of plentiful exercise will not be disappointed. Lots of wide open spaces to explore although you may want to bring some decent footwear.
Went here for my son doing the jubilee event ten tors when he did the 15 mile hike and earned his silver medal. Was a great day

Loved this place. I passed my crew commanders course here in 96’
Went there last year though cadets, found it a different experience to what I’m used to. If u like constant rain and trekking across Dartmoor than u will love it here. Breakfast was great but there were a few undercooked items at dinner time.
I went there with B company ( Army cadets) for APC and it was an amazing experience.
The food was exceptional, it was better than most restaurant meals TBH. I would definitely recommend going there in the summer cause if you go in the winter, it just rains non-stop.
Overall it was brilliant!
