Absolute gem of a beach where the river meets the sea, beautiful sandy expand. £6.50 all day Parking was ok but on busy days this will be a problem so check it out on maps if you can.
Just A toilet block and ice cream van here so if you can bring your own picnic or buy it on your way .
Stunning walks along the cliffs or follow the river up to the castle ruins.
Good for casual walking (with dog) anywhere between Southerdown cliffs to Ogmore Castle. You have Coast paths, beach walks, rock hopping. beach is sandy with pebble patches. Car parking can get difficult during busy periods. Toilets, ice cream and hot beverages available sometimes.
Stayed a couple of nights. Great beach when the tide is out. Pay for parking with toilets and mobile food van. No amusements, just a lovely quiet village with a post office and cafe.

Lovely beach £6.50 all-day ticket to park. Toilets, ice cream. Can get very busy in good weather.
Blissful and serene. Free parking too if you use this as the location on Google maps, there is a small gravel area on the side of the road for parking and can walk along the coast to Dunraven. Had a few people camping around the area as well
Nice place just to unwind and relax to have a little walk and a swim if you fancy a swim just enjoy the the walks on the beach. Or even take a bike ride to the coast so nice looking over the top down onto the beach
Plenty of parking, the tide goes out for a mile(?) So everyone's welcome and will find space. The toilets were in terrible state, Ogmore beach gets 5* for their services. This beach isn't as services but probably nice because of the location, rock pools, views etc. There is also a ton of top quality climbing near by.
