Terrible treatment and zero customer service given tonight. We are regular customers and always choose to order from Ocean when we can afford. We were told food would be 1hour wait. Called after 1 hour and 25mins to enquire when delivery would be. To be told "we told you 1 hour 20mins". We replied you definitely told us 1 hour. They said it will still be at least another 20mins anyway. So food was actually getting closer to 2 hours wait. Even if they had said 1 hour 20 it would still be half hour late. We understand that it's busy and not everything will arrive precisely when estimated. We were offered to cancel and said we would wait but they hung up the phone. So we called back and decided to cancel based on how badly the situation was handled by them. They just got rude and hung up again.Confirms we made the correct decision and will go elsewhere from now on. We have a big family so will not recommend this Chinese to them anymore.Manners cost nothing. Merry Christmas.

Ordered on the off chance as my usual was closed (good earth) and this was a pretty terrible mistake i made never will I order from this establishment again... whats with the house special chow mien tasting like stale teabags & everything was so over cooked under seasoned satay chicken had a unusual funk to it & no peanut dip . There's some pretty terrible takeaways round here and this is the first I've had to leave a review on
Ordered takeaway over 40 minutes late wrong order food was burnt used to be great
Used a few times before but today's takeaway was the worst Chinese I have ever had.
My first mouthful of the Chinese duck was just fat, which I could not eat. The beansprouts were old and slimy, possibly been frozen.
The Singapore spicy hot rice had no spice in it at all, it was just like plain boiled rice with bits of chicken in it.
The chicken balls were just balls with a tiny piece of chicken in the middle.
I have just returned it all to them and told them it is not good food... It's rubbish. His reply was 'oh'.
No apology and no refund.
Will not be using them again.
Very good and friendly and made me custom soup
Absolutely delicious and bang on service every time.
