Just realised I went here instead of another fish and chip shop ???? sorry but worst chip I’ve ever had. Was soaking wet with grease and the fish was burnt. It was literally sitting in a puddle of oil on my plate. Disgusting

Awful, awful, awful. Chips taste like rubber and the next morning I was ill.
They do Rock and the wife likes it . Rock was not up to their normal great taste and quality but it's the first one that wasn't brilliant in over 12 months which is why I gave 4 stars. My large cod was just that. Large and I loved it as usual
Great food, 3rd time I've been and the battered burger and chips fills me up everytime and livery enjoyable!
Working from home, I suddenly decided today that I didn't fancy the usual sandwich etc.for lunch. Popped out for two medium chips and a sausage, for just under a fiver. Was delicious, and absolutely stuffed us both. Guys in there are always nice and polite.
