Don’t usually review food places on here but this was that bad I felt the need to share…. Possibly the worst takeaway I have ever had. If you fancy a Chinese go somewhere else. All I had was massive chunks of uncooked carrot and peppers…. What a waste of money. Feel robbed
Great authentic food with warm welcome service. Always provide value for money. Well done to a local business supporting local the economy .
Ordered several times now. Great food and wonderful owners. Traditional Chinese takeaway but also with great vegan options on the menu. We made a mistake ordering and didn't hesitate in offering us a replacement free of charge.
Really disappointed ☹️ I rang and specifically asked can you cook it in less oil please as I don’t like it Greasy to be told it’s not greasy anyway ( ok but iv asked you anyway ) asked for garlic to be put in the food and none has been put in the food altho we hade been charged extra for each of the dishes we ordered !
The food is tasteless just taste like a plate of grease
Asked for a s spicy special chowmain ( that dosnt come with beef have to pay extra charge ) they have just chopped of chillies ????️ I asked for a spicy not chilli ????️ there’s a difference

And tbf why writing this I. Had to put the food in the bin ! Been hearing banging reviews about this place so thought I would try it first and last time

absolutely discussed! Food was horrible, not taste. Got home took two bites and I threw away????????????
When we first ate from here we were thrilled with the customer service and the food. However tonight we ordered the vegetarian meal for 2 (£22.50 on the menu) plus noodles (£5ish) and we event went to collect it and they charged us £32, and we didn't get any prawn crackers :-(. My partner is too polite to question this but it doesn't add up does it. Plus, the man who served him was a friendly character compared to our first experience. The food was good but just a bit dissatisfied tonight!
Placed an order which I collected. Got home and opened the order which was wrong. Called them and spoke to by Lilly who was rude and just kept shouting they I had ordered incorrectly. I only ordered two items and repeated the order back to her. Went back with the incorrect dish which was exchanged but was literally thrown the correct dish round the plastic screen. Food wasn’t that good either so won’t order again
