Since under new ownership this place has made great improvements on staff and management.. they serve you with a smile and really care about your wellbeing… parking is accessible and i will keep coming here even though its abit of a drive for me.. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Please don't discount all the other low star reviews - they are correct. Been a customer here for years, and honestly has just got worse and worse.
Claim to never have recieved the prescription, even if you have the barcoded proof from your Dr's.
Claim you've already collected it when you haven't.
Deflect any blame back to Dr's - 'speak to them it must be an error from them'
And then after you go through all this rigmarole with them and back and forth - surprise! Your prescription mysteriously appears and was there all along with a weak excuse as to why.
They don't take accountability for anything, so I'm not surprised that those saying that they've complained were just told 'go somewhere else then'.
Treat customers like you don't exist when you are right in front of them. It's a shame ???? ????
Left home in Somerset without my prescription. Had left it in a pharmacy in Somerset, walked into this pharmacy and was advised by them to contact the Somerset pharmacy and release it and they could issue it there. All sorted within a few minutes. Fantastic service really helpful and quick. A definite 5 stars.????
Sadly I've decided to change my pharmacy after giving Oakwood Lane Pharmacy a number of months to give them a fair chance. The people who work there are always friendly and pleasant but EVERY time I go to collect my prescription there seems to be a problem - they've not got it, it's not come in yet, it's already been given out, etc - and often I've had to go back later and ask them to check again then suddenly they do more digging and the prescription turns up. My wife and I started to make a joke about it saying that we can't send anyone else as we'll have to go anyway, but lately it's become tiresome and inconvenient. Sorry pharmacists, you need to use your systems more and communicate with each other - don't assume that the customer is wrong. No one should have to push for good customer service and no one should have to put up with repeated inconvenience. It's only because you're nice people that I gave two stars. Please try to do better.
I have used the pharmacy for many years for myself and my ailing father , 2 to 3 times a week , so I know what I’m talking about. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have gone beyond their remit to help me with issues with medication every single time I’ve needed assistance. I have no hesitation in saying that they are one of the best pharmacies in Yorkshire!
