My husband took his car there a few weeks ago, they ran a Diagnosis came up with a fault code. So then they went ahead and carried out with the work which cost him £300, when he drove the car back home the EML light came back on. My husband then took it back to them where they suggest more work to be done that cost £20+ the problem was still not fixed. They kept suggesting it could be this and that which cost £300+. Marcelle kept giving him the run around and finally decided to get it checked at another garage to only find out it’s was just the spark plug which cost me £80 and fixed the whole problem he had in the first place. It’s really disappointing and disheartened. Not happy at all. My husband spent so much money when it wasn’t needed.
Great garage - I am always dubious about using a new garage and mechanic - took a chance and was pleasantly surprised - job well done in a timely manner for a good price - left not feeling ripped off. Will use these guys again 100% - ask for the dutch man!
Oaktree garage are very good...as a retired mot man I take all my customers there and they are all helpful and friendly...
