I can't thank Oaksmere Dental surgery enough, receptionist is a very pleasant joyous lady, I rung on Friday for an emergency appointment and they got me in on the Saturday, the dentist was brilliant, a lovely lady who put me at ease and explained everything, no pain except paying the bill ????, had to have 2 extraction, s when it wouldn't stop bleeding because of meds she let me stay in chair and when she had to leave the room she got the receptionist to come check on me, that's above and beyond, so no longer worried with future treatment. Thank you to all involved.
Very poorly organised, appointments cancelled last minute, extremely rude receptionist who quote told me today “she does not get paid enough to listen to my complaint”. Also she went on to tell me she’s actually a registered nurse and doesn’t have to listen to me! All while I was trying to explain I have an infection under the filling they provided 3 days previous and could a dentist possibly issue me some antibiotics or speak to me on the phone ! Absolutely appalling.
Had 5 teeth removed, never felt anything, minimum bleeding afterwards and a new upper jaw denture fitted, all in 40 mins. The denture is a 99% perfect fit, with a minor adjustment after 3 days. I recommend this practice without hesitation.

Staff were super friendly, were able to get seen pretty quickly along with a follow up appointment. Waiting list isn’t years long like many other dental practices.
Jas (I think that's her name) was very busy today but took her time with my treatment for a root canal and did it perfectly. She was also very comforting and explained to me everything she was doing whilst completing the procedure, which was great as I also found it very informative and interesting. Thankyou Jas and also thankyou to your assistant ????.
I was referred by 111 as an emergency. I am terrified of dentist to the point where I was shaking and couldn’t swallow.The lady I saw was fantastic she explained everything she was going to do and all throughout the procedure she asked if I was ok. What a caring dentist she is. Thank you.
Can't thank them enough! Fantastic dentist she made me feel so comfortable, and all the staff are nice and friendly.
