I’ve been reading the reviews and I do admit the lady comes across as a bit harsh . But she is very caring and had helped my wife out on many occasions.
Also it was my elderly neighbours who recommended her to us because she’s even got her husband to drop of medication out of hours when they were desperate.
The owner was actually telling me today how upsetting these reviews are to her and also about all the abuse she’s been receiving.
One star for an elderly lady because she’s not laughing and smiling all day while she’s getting abuse is not right?
Never judge a book by its cover and ask her how her day was instead of saying she’s rude.keyboard warriors can really upset people and cost them loss of trade then they will be moaning there is no pharmacy close to them.
I have always been taught to respect your olders, but the lady in this shop is something else. You CANNOT talk to customers in this way and get away with it. Time to retire or get some friendly assistants in - store for a more pleasant customer experience.
I have taken my custom elsewhere. It pays to be kind. Do better.
I only gave one star because I would not be able to write a review without giving it one. The pharmacist is incredibly rude. She took ages to open the door. She accused me of putting something in the pocket as I said that a product was expensive. Her products are very overpriced. She is so rude, appeared a bit crazy, almost paranoid. She stereotypes people as they walk in the door and has no issue showing how racist she is. People like these should not offer service to the public.
I went there late at night to get my ill mother her medication and the lady was inside but wouldn’t open the door. i buzzed the door 3 times after waiting 5 minutes in between and she finally opened it. with an aggressive tone said " you don’t have to keep buzzing the bell." i thought to myself that i wouldn’t have had to ring the bell 3 times, if you had just told me to "hold on" the first time. i rang the bell. i then stood inside waiting for ages until she finally asked me what i wanted. i couldn't hear what she was saying so i kindly said "sorry could you repeat yourself i cant hear you." she then shouted aggressively "what is your address." and when she finally found the medication she threw it at me and i was left stunned. this was my fourth time going to this pharmacy cause i had no other option and my experiences seem to be getting worser every time i go their but other then the rude staff the pharmacy itself is well equipped with useful essentials. i just wish they had better staff, so i wouldn’t have to dread going their every-time.
Absolutely abhorrent attitude from the woman at this pharmacy. Cuts you off as you're trying to explain your circumstance and the two younger women working ignored me while I stood there for a lengthy amount of time waiting patiently for assistance. Do not use this pharmacy. The staff need to be trained in customer service or fired.
This female pharmacist is highly aggressive and abusive, I'm left shocked! She doesn't know how to speak to people and is rude!
111 should not recommend this pharmacy to anyone as she is not fit to access people due to her abusive Manor.
I cannot believe she is allowed to run a pharmacy given the fact that your supposed to be able to help people in need. She clearly is incapable and I question her qualifications as a pharmacist.Do not recommended this pharmacy at all! She should be ashamed
Would leave 0 stars if i could, Pharmacist was really rude on the phone, didn't want to help me and wasn't interested in my prescription query, She told me she didn't have time. How can you be a pharmacist if you don't have time for your own patients. All i wanted was my prescription, Her attitude was unnecessary, and she gives the nhs a bad name, 100% would never use this pharmacy again. I Found another local one who gave a much better service.
Worst customer service I think I have ever recieved. The lady was unnecessarily rude, couldn't even be bothered to get up from her seat hidden behind shelves behind the counter to answer my questions.. I asked how many Tests I get in a pack and was answered with you pay or you get out!! No dispute about paying here!!!I Shocked this woman is allowed to deal with customers. Will never go there again and would advise anyone to steer clear
