After reading reviews, the only faults I could see were delivery related and that didn't phase us because we were collecting, we had the Spicey Chicken Balls, King Prawn Fried Rice, BBQ Ribs and everything was cooked to perfection, thoroughly enjoyed it

Waited 35 minutes for food (which we never even got in the end). After waiting for 30 minutes, I checked with a member of staff how much longer, to which I was rudely told to wait as it’s not ready yet, even after I’d made them aware of the time we’d already been waiting. Another staff member came out to confirm what we’d ordered, which was actually taken down wrong in the first place. Staff then demanded more money on top of what we’d already paid, for a mistake they’d made almost 40 minutes prior.
Got all our money back and walked out, and will never go back.
I ordered a meal over the phone to be collected. When I collected my meal a young boy gave me my order & I paid the £26. When I got home realised the ribs & prawn crackers were missing. I phoned to complain & they said that they would give the missing items to me when I go back next time, with no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience. I then went back a week later spent another £21 worth of food to go with the missing items. Took the food home & realised that the prawn crackers were missing yet again. I complained again & they offered me the prawn crackers & a free egg fried rice when I go back. I think I will cut my losses as each time I go back for my missing “FREE” items it’s costing me more money each time. If they did this to everyone, it will keep them in plenty of custom!!!
Food ok, nothing special. Absolute chaos in the shop, not sure whose money they have taken, getting orders mixed up etc. Definitely phone order through before going and check food order correct before leaving shop. That said my son swears by this place, so each to their own.
Order 2 beef with ginger and spring onion and egg fried rice no peas , got chicken with ginger and sting onion. Was nice but not what we would have picked our selfies much prefer the beef !
