I went to an urgent care centre with very heavy bleeding from my nose. The receptionist asked me do I have appointment and I said no. She said sit and wait I told her I have very heavy bleeding on top of my nose , she sad if you don't like something go to the hospital . Wow so impressed I thought if you were bleeding you have to get an emergency straight away . Shame on you.
Was referred by 111 and given an appointment for medical review. Receptionist welcoming and helpful. Doctor was excellent and performed thorough examination and gave helpful advice. Really positive experience thank you.
The receptionist tonight was very unhelpful and turned me and my little ones down after had been referred firstly from our GP and then from 111. It’s our local walk-in service and always had the worst experience with the receptionists. What are we paying for? Being treated like that while poorly.
Got an appoitment as emergency via 111 was seen as soon as I got in, Lady Dr was lovely as if we were friends, checked me over gave me a Scrippy and today I m already feeling better. Thank you great service.
I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews on here, I was referred here today by 111 as my usual GP was full, got seen quickly and the doctors and staff were amazing, I can't thank them enough for their service and patience
Best experience with a doctor and my little one. Very speedy, but treated with extremely good care and helped sort better medication while there.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is a APPOINTMENT ONLY emergency centre. Only come if you manage to book in through 111. Most negative reviews have been sent wrongly by doctors without appointment or assumed it is a walk in.
Had a lovely experience with a triage nurse called Gemma who was very reassuring after my car accident today
