What a pub!
We travelled up from Aldershot for the football and despite losing thanks to all the team at OMalleys we were made to feel very welcome and had a great laugh with Sophie and her team!
Thanks for the Goodies, Parmo tips and the Forged Stout glass! See you next year for the fixture again we will be back !

Food was awful. Looked like I'd scatted it out.
Atmosphere was ok but the food was wallace.
We always go for a pint, ok a few pints, in O'Malley's on our regular trips to Hartlepool. Big comfy arm chairs, pint of Guinness and sport on the TV.

Irish themes pub with drinks to match, well priced drinks and a hood atmosphere
I am not a flag waving Irishman by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love the All Ireland! I was in Hartlepool for the weekend and very happy to see an Irish pub so that I could watch the Semi Finals on Sunday. As I walked around the corner and saw the four leaf clover painted on the wall I knew I was not going to be happy, when I walked in to see the cricket was on instead of the hurling I knew it would be bad and when I had to (try to) explain Gaelic sport to the fella behind the bar I gave up on the pretence so watched the game on my ozone instead. How do you report a pub for misleading advertising? The beer was OK but over priced for the area by about a pound a pint which would be OK if you could actually enjoy Irish sports. Someone could also do with at least searching Google for what a shamrock looks like.
Great service and cold beers.
Fairly decent pub, staff fairly friendly, typical Irish decor , recommend if you're in the area
