We read a lot of positive reviews about Number 7. We also wanted to try the food ourselves so we booked a dinner for four to treat our visiting relatives. The restaurant is modern and beautifully decorated. The seats are quite close, gives a family feel. We ordered different food from the main menu: chicken, hamburger, beef and the fish of day. Sorry to say, we can’t say “Wow!” to any of the food served to us that evening. The chocolate cake was good though. We also feel that the staff were just taking orders and serving the food to the table. No one asked how the food was or if we need anything else, not even if we wanted dessert. Overall, our dining experience is far different from other reviews. But as a new restaurant, there’s always lot of potential.
Visited this place last month for the first time and absolutely loved it. Been back 5-6 times now and have to say the food is amazing and everything is cooked using fresh ingredients daily, you can tell there’s a lot of work put into preparing the food. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, Stephen and his team are great and can’t do enough for you. The place has a great ambience too. It may be a little more expensive than surrounding restaurants but if you’re like me and prefer quality over quantity then you’ll not be disappointed even though the portions are very generous. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying you won’t be disappointed
Had amazing experience at No7 . Food was fantastic and the service was also top notch. I was in for lunch which was three courses of fresh local produce at really great prices. I can’t recommend it enough

We are visiting from Canada and this is the best restaurant that we have eaten at. The other guests that we were with all had amazing food, salmon, lamb, and burgers.

I love to see a new restaurant open in the area, and I really hope Number 7 succeeds. We went for a birthday meal and I really can't fault the place. The food was excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the cheesecake was delicious. The service was also excellent. Even though the restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, the only complaint I have is the price of the wine. In my opinion it is very overpriced. Apart from that, I recommend you get here a try as we really did enjoy our visit and we will be back again. Sorry, I only got a photo of the cheesecake.
