I'm really disappointed with Nuffield Road Pharmacy, which is close to our GP center. We've been there many times, and each visit means long waiting times. The shelves are always messy. The staff members seem not to care, especially one woman with black hair who really doesn't know how to treat customers properly. It's been a consistently bad experience at Nuffield Road Pharmacy.
Absolutely abysmal experience at Nuffield Road Pharmacy! Without fail, every visit is marred by significant issues, and the customer service is shockingly inadequate.
But what truly takes the cake is the appalling behavior of one Asian woman with black hair. Her attitude is nothing short of disgraceful.
I cannot stress enough how utterly let down I am by this pharmacy. To make matters worse, my neighbor suggested I switch my repeat prescription to ASDA pharmacy due to the widespread dissatisfaction with Nuffield Road.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
Consistently do not have the medication on the shelf. The customer service is poor and not welcoming at all. With 4 workers there you would think the service would be timely, not at all. The chemist is not fit for purpose for the Chesterton community. Competent staff needed or shut it down. The community deserves better. Zero stars.
Dreadful. Never have the medication. Given three alternatives their reply, said tomorrow which is unacceptable when you have an infection. Not fit for purpose. Should be investigated on the continuous POOR SERVICE to the community. AVOID. The wait is preferable to their 'mates' by one of the servers and gets served before waiting endlessly to be told they don't have it.
The wife of the couple who have taken over had me In floods of tears yesterday. ????
She was shouting at me and then accused me of being aggressive which is absolutely untrue. I have used that Pharmacy for 10 yrs and I have never been treated so badly!!!
She has also banned me so I have to make a 4 mile round trip to get to a Pharmacy and I'm disabled !!!
Should not have ignored everyone else’s reviews. Doctor sent my prescription here and now it’s stuck in there because this pharmacy is never open.
Absolutely useless pharmacy, never open. unreliable with what prescriptions they stock. Staff are at best uninterested and at worst rude.
Outrageous service. I turn up 15 minutes before closing time to see two staff member had just shut up the chemist 15 minutes early and denied working there. Told me to go to boots on Newmarket road to get my prescription for my disabled daughter pulled up, I get there and wait 30 minutes to be told they can’t dispense it as lyods already had started pulling it up themselves. They’ve completely wasted my time and are incompetent and are not even capable to answer a phone. Thank god this is not my regular chemist!! Shocking!
