About a year ago I moved from my previous pharmacy to Hamlet Pharmacy and was immediately struck by the kindness, compassion, genuine concern and absolute professionalism of the pharmacists and the shop assistants. It is uplifting to enter the pharmacy and to feel valued as an individual, treated with such courtesy and respect.
I’ve been using only this local pharmacy for the past 18 years since I moved into the area. Extremely friendly, helpful and personable staff and excellent pharmacist who owns it. 10/10
Best pharmacy in / around Crystal Palace. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The only pharmacy near me that goes out of its way to source a medication that my baby needs to take that I just don’t seem to be able to get elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Wonderful pharmacy! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, such a refreshing change from a lot of other pharmacies! It's a bit out of the way from where I live but I have moved all of my repeated prescriptions there as the staff make the longer journey worthwhile!
