Recently went here with my father and we where both VERY pleased with the food and the service.
Two lots of burger and chips, with drinks, comes to about £13/14. The food is made fresh in front of you, and the chips are C R I S P.
Not burnt, just crisp. Seasoned very nicely too. Burger was a double, good size, juicy, good bun too.
Now the staff are EXCELLENT. We watched a couple lads order up a big meal, walk out with their bags, and the bag let go a little way down the road. Member of staff rushed out with a couple extra bags for them.
Then my father left his hat, ANOTHER member of staff runs after us to return it.
Top notch little place, well worth it, and they open a bit later now, as well as doing JustEat and the like.
Real soft corn tacos blackened on a grill! The flavours are wonderful, the prices are ready and the service is friendly! It’s very small inside, so maybe best ordering for pickup or delivery. They also offer ice creams, shakes and slushies. We have been back to try more options. Get shredded beef or pork (they call it pulled) on anything and you won’t be sorry. The jackfruit tacos are delicious! All the shakes are great! My kids really like the chicken nugget meals. Their loaded fries are amazing! I can’t give five stars because their rice is too dry and anaemic- But everything else tastes fabulous and would be rated highly in the American Southwest.
Extremely friendly staff, excellent range and delicious. Everything in the photo together came to only £20 so an absolute bargain too. Make sure to leave a nice tip, it's worth it
First time eating at Novo today,very nice indeed,I had the chilli burger as shown in my photo, probably up there with the best I've had,my daughter had satay chicken dirty fries which were also fantastic,the strawberry ice cream milkshake was a must, burrito will be next on my list,also the lads who served us were tip top,very helpful and friendly.im definitely going back.
Amazing experience the staff is just so lovely and the shakes are amazing and not expensive. Definitely one of my favorite places in town would highly recommend to anyone who is snackish and also anyone who wants to enjoy life! This is the most amazing place to relax they are just so wonderful actually please stop by you need to try their shakes
Without a doubt the BEST takeaway I've ever eaten! The burgers and loaded fries are outstanding and the milkshakes are out of this world! Well worth the money. 10/10
What can I say, we have ordered from Novo Kitchen a few times now, I can certainly say the food is constantly lovely. Highly recommend the burritos and burgers!
As its always freshly cooked, we phone and order ahead before collecting, the staff are always polite and offer my boys a few sweets while we wait.

Amazing food, brilliant service! Rang them up earlier in the week to see about getting a table to eat in for my son's 16th birthday and was absolutely no problem at all for them. When we arrived they had even put a 16th birthday helium balloon on the table. Can't recommend the place enough!
