First rate pharmacy. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is on the ball. When you ring them, they know what you asking about. Not clueless like the last pharmacy I was with, it's so refreshing. Wish I had changed to this pharmacy for my regular medication years ago. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work everyone. x
Very helpful. I had a serious case of conjunctivitis together with a cold and after careful questioning, prescribed a course of anti biotic eyedrops. All in all, a very efficient and personal service, and no long queues, as is the case in another well know competitor around the corner!
Everything about this pharmacy is lovely ???? beautiful, unusual selection of products (eg, I buy my earl grey tea from there and soap and essential oils). The staff are all extremely kind, helpful and reliable. Highly recommend, by far the best pharmacy in the area ❤️
Popped in for a free blood pressure check and the kindest staff member happily spent 15 minutes running three rounds of checks for maximum accuracy. Proper caring neighbourhood pharmacy. Excellent service.
We have been customers of the Notting Hill Pharmacy for 15 years and they are completely brilliant. They dispense all my family's regular medications, for my partner, myself, our children and our dog, Alfie, who is on daily anti-epileptic drugs - and all of us, including the dog, are treated with the greatest care and professionalism. The manager, Danial, and all the staff are always courteous, super-professional and extremely pleasant and we are very grateful to them all.
One year later, I'm reflecting on an unforgettable experience at the pharmacy. After surgery, I faced a terrible infection. When I went to fill my prescription, the pharmacist refused to accept the paper form from the emergency doctor. Despite pleading and bursting into tears due to the pain I was in, she insisted I go back to the doctor. Only after the doctor intervened and confirmed the prescription could be emailed did she relent, after an hour of back and forth. This experience highlights the challenges minorities face in accessing healthcare, where even showing pain isn't enough to receive rightful treatment promptly. Here's hoping for better practices and empathy in the future.
Absolutely disgusted! I am in shock that someone could be so vindictive, especially a healthcare provider.
Some direct quotes include “i dont know why you’re being dumped on me” and, after berating me to tears, said “i want you to show your GP this” (in reference to me crying).
Despite having an approved repeat prescription from my GP as well as an emergency referral from the NHS, the lady not only refused to dispense it, but berated me on what was clearly her idea of a power trip.
I was referred to this store by my usual pharmacy as they unfortunately were out of stock. Because this is a daily medication I’ve been prescribed for years, but my GP had failed to renew my prescription up until that day, i was in an extremely dangerous situation having not had access to it in 5 days (despite following all due procedure to rectify things).
When she found all this out she doubled down on refusing to provide me with my regularly PRESCRIBED meds, saying the most she would give me was one.
With poorly veiled passive aggression and manipulation, she made malicious implications which i will go into further detail in with her superiors.
To the lady with glasses and a poorly done nose job working Sunday afternoon at 4pm: did you think that by bullying vulnerable patients you would face no repercussions? Shame on you. You can be bitter about your life but to mistreat the ill as a petty means of exercising what little control you have is not only grossly disgusting but illegal in your line of work. I will be in touch with your superiors.
I have been a regular customer of Notting Hill Pharmacy for many years. They are unfailingly helpful and professional and always go the extra mile in everything they do. Danial the manager runs a brilliant high quality service and adds so much value to this impeccable Pharmacy I cannot recommend Notting Hill Pharmacy more highly and feel extremely fortunate to have them as my local Pharmacy offering such a good, reliable, supportive and kind service to both local people and visitors.
