Avoid if possible. They have told me they are too busy to deal with prescription delivery. On 2 occasions they informed me my delivery is coming next day, waited the whole day and nothing.
Most recently I called the following day to be told, 1. You’re not a delivery patient. 2. You had another prescription the evening before the delivery was due out, so we had to order that medication and wanted to deliver it together. No call or text to inform me it was not being delivered on the allocated day.
They are always very busy and can’t always find my medication.
An absolute pleasure dealing with Mehak and Melba this evening I arrived and was waiting for a script to be sent from the GP. They kept me updated on the status of the script and when received dispensed just before closing time with a smile and enjoy your evening. I would gladly return to Northolt pharmacy for any further assistance.
This is ASIF KHAN I have visited Northolt Pharmacy today and I needed little help, Northolt Pharmacy all staff members were very helpful especially their senior pharmacist. I’m very happy with their excellent customer service. 10/10 ????
Very tiny pharmacy, everything is hidden behind a tiny counter so you can not see anything. Main purpose is prescriptions. Staff knowledge is limited but the staff are friendly. If your looking for a selection of medical goods or advise this is not the place to go. Plenty of space in the waiting area with seating
They don't have full skills to use this pharmacy and they do things calmly and calmly, I always waste a lot of time to get medicine in this pharmacy.
Everyone from the staff to the pharmacist were so incredibly kind and helpful to me when I went to collect my prescription. This place has to be the best pharmacy I have ever used. Great service, wonderful highly knowledgeable pharmacist's. I highly recommend
Some of the staff are great but ever sinceits been taken over by new staff I never get my medication on time, its a monthy repeat but every month I have to chase it up, I've been told I haven't ordered things when I have had a text or a call from GP it's ready to pick up. There is only one member of staff that is super helpful and I can't remember his name and he's been there a while, all the others are not much help. Shocking service. Will change paharmacy
Absolutely the worst. Never get notifications when medication is ready. Never got in stock.
