Amazing service, I'd recommend this garage to anyone. Nice & helpful staff & honest upfront. I was recommended this garage by a local air conditioning specialist & pleased to say no regrets! They repaired my car's air conditioning today & even better: it didn't cost as much as anticipated & the job was completed earlier than they initially said. Had a few things done here, and it was OK, but the last full attempt to book the car in I was turned away, too busy. Seems like my car is running worse, so have returned to my previous garage, where servicing was always good. Northcourt didn’t do anything wrong themselves, I just don’t seem to be able to book my car in here.
Fantastic team of guys. Very well priced and an excellent service provided. First time that I've used them but went on a recommendation and would have no trouble passing their details to others. Faultless!

Needed to get my car MOT'd at pretty short notice last September and was unable to get in anywhere, but managed to book a slot at Northcourt Garage who provided top level service with reasonable pricing. They were also able to help out with my handbrake issue at very short notice. Pricing is reasonable and their customer service skills are top-notch. Really pleased and very happy to recommend them for MOT and servicing.
This is an excellent family run garage. I've been using them for about 13 years now & they do excellent work & always go the extra mile. Being a woman I've found in the past at other garages that I've been treated like an idiot or been intimidated by the men working there. But I've never had it here. They are always very friendly, kind, fair & offer an amazing service. I have & always will highly recommend them.
I have been going to this garage regularly since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I am really surprised to see some negative reviews on here particularly describing them as rude. I found always found the owner and who I presume is his son to be unfailingly polite and helpful. There clearly know what they are doing and always keep me well informed. I recommend this garage to all my friends and my mum even drives several miles to use them as she's found them so friendly and reliable.
Friendly staff, however my service cost much more than what I was quoted and this was due to being charged £90 for oil (previously around £40 at other garages). When I questioned it, I was told that they only use top quality Castro oil. It felt like a hidden cost and should have been mentioned when I asked for a quote. On a positive note, staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
