One BIG negative about this practice is the receptionist.
I have never come across someone as rude as her!
Honestly she is unbelievably rude, not just once but everytime.
I have been seeing Dr Pourani for 15 years. I have always had the best treatment. As a nervous patient, every step is explained to me and every care taken with my treatment. All of the team are friendly and helpful.
I've been seeing Dr Boorgula for years now and I wouldn't see anyone else. He is very kind and patient and very good with nervous patients such as myself. He is so gentle and his work is outstanding. The dental nurses are also so kind and reassuring.

I've been seeing Dr Pourani for almost 20 years now and he is brilliant! Kind, patient and understanding. Always honest in what is achievable. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Excellent dental practice.
I had an appointment in May they rang up 2 hours before my appointment to cancel telling me someone had maid a mistake in booking me in too later appointment i maid another Appointment for May same thing happened 2 hours before they cancelled again !!!! The time I was told my dentist had gone home early I made another appointment for today 5 July this time I left work 2 hours early to make my appointment only to get to the clinic to be told it had been cancelled again they said they tried to contact me but I had no message if this there level of service I would not recommend this practice to anyone and I will be transferring to another dentist. I can't understand why you can't find me in your records I've been

Very Poor....All good reviews appear to be years old.
Both myself and my wife have changed as they seem to push private treatment to NHS patients.
I had treatment for root canal that failed. After 4 weeks of treatment and escalating discomfort I asked for the tooth to be taken out and the dentist could not extract it (!!!) and advised me to proceed with the root canal - I continued on his advice and ended up with another 5 weeks of treatment only to have the tooth easily taken out by an emergency dentist for £19.70 only two days after the completion of the treatment. I really should have saved myself over 2 months of pain and a small fortune and gone to the emergency dentist in the first place.
They also have no hygienist and seem to drag out routine fillings over 2-3 visits.
Just awful I would definitely avoid this practice they are solely money motivated and the receptionist is just on another level found her to be very rude and condescending. I missed one appointment in five years and was told they wouldn’t treat me any more so I went to bupa around the corner and they’re fantastic
Excellent service and excellent staff. I have no complaints to offer and grateful for the expertise of the practice. Well done.
