This used to be the worst Pharmacy in Bellshill when Lloyds owned it with terrible staff! Now It is the best in Bellshill, credit to the new owners, and they deserve much praise for changing everyone's perception. Well done and keep up the good work

What a difference.
I feel sorry for the previous staff. Not sure what their management were up to but since it’s changed hands it’s like a breath of fresh air.
You go in, hand over prescription, treated nicely and with a smile, 3-4 mins later you are heading for the door with goods in hand!

Great Pharmacy since taking over from Lloyds. Staff are amazing, cater to all your needs. The pharmacists are trained up for many services such as ear cleaning which was pain free and care free. Keep up the good work!
Since being took over what a difference. Used to take a week for a script. Getting script before you even ask for one now. Very nice staff.. still one of the Lloydes pharmacists there. She seems happier to. 10 out of 10 now.
I just had to post a review re the staff in North Road Pharmacy as they must be the most helpful friendly team and go out of their way to assist with prescription problems etc. We are lucky to have them.
Staff friendly and approachable, asked to speak to the pharmacist and she delt with me calmly and efficiently. Most of all she listened , lovely you woman .
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Delivery service excellent and any problems dealt wish swiftly. Thank you.
